I noticed that most of their bad reviews is for their shuttle parking/airport services. I don't know anything about that my review is mainly for parking while I go to the shops at Queens Crossing Mall

They advertise on way app that their is shuttle service from the hotel to lga and when you arrive they on numerous occasions told me the shuttle is not available. Please stay away from this garage if

Terrible experience. Attendants will be unhelpful and rude. Deplorable service and will not be returning -- save yourself and choose another lot to park at.
