Vibes were off from the moment I walked in. Staff interactions were awkward. The actual stretch was underwhelming. Studio at least felt clean.

Subpar customer service. JT refused to allow a reschedule even though they have a "new system" which sends out confusing times to customers. The experience with their customer service has left much to
