Tried the "New" 15 oz. Delmonico. Was mostly gristle which was disappointing (Also out of Fosters which wasn't that big of a deal). They brought me a replacement ribeye but it too was fairly gristly.

Had an early dinner today at Outback. Food was good, served hot and fast. Best thing was the service. Jared, our server, was excellent! Right on top of things. He made sure everything was done right!!
