Not a single staffed till open early Friday evening and no one available according to a staff member. I had to use the self service then wait 8 minutes for a staff member to come and sort the problem.

Waiting times to get your food from cafe are 30 mins often, staff aren't always polite either. In store at checkouts staff rude, don't engage with the customer, throw your shopping quickly down to us.
