Northwest Regional Airport Terrace-Kitimat is 3 nautical miles south of Terrace, British Columbia. The airport also serves Kitimat, 56 km to the south, the Nass River valley, including Gitlaxt'aamiks, Gitwinksihlkw, Lax̱g̱altsʼap, Ging̱olx, the unincorporated community of Thornhill, and others. In 2023, the airport handled 444,385 passengers, and had 7,624 passenger flights.
