Elevator got stuck twice, the carpet is sticky, outlets didn’t work in my room, and stained sheets. Going with a school trip and heard more things from the other students.

Absolutely horrible experience. We found cockroaches in our room— completely unacceptable for any hotel. It was supposed to be a special stay for my birthday, but instead we had to leave in the middle
