The 4 stars is for Bipi, who despite my previous lackluster experiences at this location, is polite, soft spoken & patient with the sandwich building process!

Staff is friendly and quick to get the orders completed. The place was on and off busy during lunch but the quality was on point. The place was well maintained and clean. Looking forward to returning
