It's pretty ghetto, and my PD didn't know much about my case, but I got a quick appointment with minimal wait time. Helpful tip is they are located upstairs of the building.

I had an appointment with C.G. Its located at the Nimitz Center (Ewa Side) on the 2nd floor. It was not busy at all. My appointment was at 2:00pm and I think I barely made it due to the busy City Bus.
