Progress is an unincorporated community and census-designated place mainly in Susquehanna Township but also in Lower Paxton Township, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, United States. The population was 11,168 at the 2020 census. It is part of the Harrisburg–Carlisle Metropolitan Statistical Area.
