Showed up at 6:42pm on a Monday night. They had a stool lodged in the revolving door so no one could enter. The door sign and online says open until 7pm. 2 girls at the counter on their phones talking

Terrible service. They hung up on me. It's a shame because it used to be a good location just a year ago. Very disappointing.

Quite possibly some of the worst human beings I have ever come into contact with. Literally had to call fedex customer service from the store because they refused to help.
