Frequently out of products I order. All kinds. Gives me substitutions that I did NOT APPROVE.

Self checkout (and the lack of meaningful customer service) is a real problem here. I often wonder how much in sales Vons loses every day because of the Self Checkout. I just had to get a few grocerie

I ordered a cake a week in advance !, called the day before to confirm the pick up time which was 12pm. When I came at 12 the baker said she FORGOT. And went to lunch ??? Needless to say I had to wait
