My brother had found mucus in his soda the machine was old and dirty and a bug came out into his soda and the lady was rude, she also was acting like we didn't order a meal and tried to charge as much

the food was pretty good, but the customer service was awful to the max, the lady who helped us was so freaking rude fr. Super bad attitude. but still the food was alright.
