Consistently terrible service. Slow is an understatement. At this point, we'd be better off if the only subway in Elgin closed down for good. There really isn't one single redeeming quality about this

Literally never coming to this location again! It's the worst and the slowest. I stopped going to this location about a year ago but decided to give it one more try tonight .. and nothing has improved
