Sunshine City is a building complex located in East Ikebukuro, Toshima, Tokyo. It is Tokyo's oldest city within the city and has the 240 metre tall Sunshine 60 skyscraper at its centre. It consists of four buildings and sits on land that was once occupied by Sugamo Prison.
