Went in to get blood draw. The technician cleaned an area and poked the area that wasn't cleaned. A retraining is required. It would be a one star if they missed. My veins are huge.

Elaine was a wonderful phlebotomist! I had to have a lot of blood drawn and it was basically painless! Place was incredibly hard to find with Google map.
