The service was excellent, and the store overall was very clean. Ms. Fern was very pleasant at the register. I even used the restroom, which was also very clean. If I could give it a six-star rating,

Bagels are good quality but very costly. Better prices can be found at a local bagel/deli shops. Service is slow and they don't seem to care

$25.00 for two breakfast sandwiches and two coffees?! Order was incorrect and flavored cold brews were just milk and syrup. Bagels were fine but not for the price.
