Returned to class after a 3 month break. Every move was new again, the class is never the same routine. It felt great to get back to feeling good after my class. Looking forward to the next class.

Nice staff! They offer a free first visit , on their website. Buy Yoga no slip socks on line, or pay around $18 per pair, on site. Mandatory, for the class. Basically, resistance stretching with your
