Sea Bass was the most delicious! Views were incredible! Service was poor because Tesoro is understaffed pretty inexcusable during high season.

The weather outside was cool and windy. Apparently they were having some special event so the inside portion of the bar was completely reserved and we had to wait for our table at the outside portion
