Employee didn't know how to swipe a credit card and wouldn't give me my food as a result. Did not give me an option to tap to pay when they had user error either.

I REPEATED my order 3 times, "no cheese just my biscuit ham n egg"!!! What did I get? Biscuit and cheese nothing else!!! What's with this place! This is the McDonald's on Monterey Road near Nob Hill.
