bad professionalism and the hospitality was not there very disregarding when it's kids just horrible service and they don't check mychart

very impressed with the hospitality. I called this morning, wanting to get an appointment and they were able to see me right away no problems very nice. Got my results back. I've always thank you all

Everytime I have visited this UTMB Clinic, they are always severely understaffed. Don't label an establishment an "urgent care" if the wait time is 2 hours. I have always gone here because they work w
