The atmosphere is quite friendly like a back yard pergola. The food is actually quite good. The service is a bit slow but not a deal breaker.

The food was awesome, the staff Jennfier and Victor were fantastic. Definitely one of our favorite places to eat at the Hard Rock Resort.

Ate at Ciao Italian restaurant and it was fabulous along with our servers Jennifer and Cesar!!! We will be back again!!!
