Matt had great customer service! Def all the workers here are nice but Matt went above & beyond for sure. Mailed something to Korea & he helped me fully.
I do not recommend UPS because they cannot accommodate customers that doesn't have intercom in their apartment building. I ask UPS to have driver call my father when package arrived so he can have aid
It's laughable that these people consider this a legitimate UPS Store. UPS HQ should really re-examine how they let something like this store be part of their organization. This is less of a UPS store
