Service was careless and lousy. My vehicle didn't enter the bays and remained outside for almost 2 hours on a day with no cars in the shop.

Hours of service are according to the website are 7AM - 7PM. I attempted to pick up tires that I had ordered an was unable to. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and all staff was gone for the day. O
