Went to ER with terrible pain in my back. Arrived at 11:30 AM on Moday. Waiting room almost full. Signed in and waited almost 4 hours for MRI. After MRI went back to ER waiting area. Three hours later

The ER needs a new game plan. They need to establish an urgent care center, that why most are there. Not " emergencies ," per se, but need medical attention.
