I went yesterday a older woman helped me. She put sprinkles on the ice cream and what got on her hand she put back in the sprinkle tray!!! Also i had 3 hairs in one of 4 of tje ice cream i brought!!!
I will not return. I have been going to Carvel for years, the worst experience ever. I ordered 1 small cup with 1 topping, then 1 Large sundae with 2 toppings. The guy put the same amount of ice cream
Fast and friendly! They always smile and listen to the customers. There hrs are good for the neighborhood.
