Ordered online and picked up item. Item was marred and tried to exchange and they refused. Called customer service and was told to go to store... A bad circle of no help. Ravi said he was the manager

I would give a ZERO if I could. Worst customer service! Waited 30 minutes to see manager. He was abrupt, abrasive and downright rude!! Overpriced with highly restrictive return policy! DON'T SHOP THER
