Regis College is a private Roman Catholic university located on a 132 acres former estate in the suburb of Weston, Massachusetts. The college is approximately 12 miles from downtown Boston. Regis was founded as a women’s college in 1927. In 2007, Regis became co-educational. They were the last Catholic women's college in the Boston area to start admitting men. Over the last few years Regis College has ranked among the best regional schools in the Northeast by Princeton Review.
