The handroll-only Sugarfish spinoff has come to Santa Monica. KazuNori is best approached in the same way as the mothership—go for one of the set menus (we usually get the five-roll menu), and wait as they bring out yellowtail, lobster, and salmon handrolls one at a time. Waits tend to be shorter than at Sugarfish, meaning you can be in and out for a quality sushi meal in under half an hour.
