they sold me a oven and wouldn't honor warranty. i tried explaining the situation that was transpiring with the oven and they wouldn't even listen

They're a scam. They'll sell you an appliance that doesn't work, and when you bring it back, they'll replace it with one worth less than what you paid. Happened to me, happened to a friend. Don't buy

Oven didn't work wouldn't return. Had to pay $99 for service fee. Just a scam company that takes money from people and offers zero help when their product doesn't work.
