University Health Tafolla Health Center provides adult and pediatric primary care at a school-based clinic at Tafolla Middle School on San Antonio’s West Side. Services include preventive exams, screenings, well-child visits, sports physicals, vaccinations and minor acute care for common illnesses. The clinic also supports chronic disease care for diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety and depression. New adult and pediatric patients from the surrounding community are welcome.
