Stopped as we passed through Nephi. The afternoon staff had just begun cleaning when we walked in, but that said, nothing about this place felt clean. The bathrooms were pretty gnarly with toilet pape

Shower wasn't clean. Truck stop is not stocked on fuel island. Very poor management at this location. I would not recommend this site at all. Where is the 0 star review when you need it.
