Constitution Hall is a first-year residence centrally located at Eastern Connecticut State University. Each suite includes two double bedrooms, a private bathroom with a separate vanity area and two sinks, plus central heating and A/C. Amenities include study lounges and computer labs on floors 2–5, a game room, meeting room, fitness room, and laundry. The hall is ADA accessible with elevators. Silver Plus $125 meal plan is required for all residents.
