Car was dirty, I asked the agent if someone could wash the bugs/dirt off, she told me their hose was broke. No one cares about their job anymore and clearly Avis doesn't care either.

Avis has gone brain dead woke. To rent a gas vehicle is much more than their cheap electric cars. I will Never drive an electrical death trap and will never rent from Avis.
