Ingbirchworth is a village and former civil parish, now in the parish of Gunthwaite and Ingbirchworth, in the Barnsley district, in the county of South Yorkshire, England. It is on the boundary of Kirklees in West Yorkshire. At the 2001 Census, the parish had a population of 400, increasing to 460 at the 2011 Census, and now estimated to be around 600. The village is notable for its reservoir, the eldest of the three situated in the area.
