What appears to be dried blood stains on their towels in the spa and non-responsive hotel manager at this Orlando, Grand Lakes Hotel location. We did not ask for anything - just clean towels. Nothing

I am going to start off by saying I absolutely LOVE this spa and believe it is one of, if not the best spa in central Florida. I've gotten various treatments here (facials, massages, pedicures, etc.)
