Simsboro is a village in western Lincoln Parish, Louisiana, United States. The population was 841 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Ruston Micropolitan Statistical Area. Two 20th century lawmakers who were natives of Simsboro are interred at Simsboro Cemetery: State Representatives L.D.
