Dealing with Christmas food was so inefficient that it bordered on ridiculous, and I will never order Christmas food here again.

We are a party of 7 family & friends sharing afternoon tea in the café. We weren’t allowed to pre-book, so caused a bit of a problem for staff, as we weren’t expected. The food and service was as good

We popped in here for a coffee whilst in town and the cafe is in the basement not making it feel a very nice place to sit for a coffee.
