My daughter forgot her purse after we left. The staff packaged it up and sent it back to us. Nothing was missing!! Thank you so much for going above and beyond.

This is more of review of the Hilton brand as a whole rather than just this property. I find it ridiculous that a hotel charges pet fees that exceed the room charges. For two nights, I was charged $23
