First off the service is terrible when trying to make calls. I have a 5G network that doesn't do the job. My phone was stolen and I paid the phone completely off. They will unlock the sim for 60 days

They quoted me $40 more than the other AT&T store on the other side of town. Also very unfriendly. Crap service and WAY over charge you

So they're happy to sign you up for Internet Air in person but are unable to cancel it for you...interesting. Internet Air is terrible, would not recommend. Getting less then 9 MBPS Upload & Download.
