I had a breakfast voucher and everyone got cheese on their eggs but they pulled me specifically aside to pay 50 cents for the cheese. Actually ridiculous.
Tried to cancel upon learning of multiple recent vehicle break-ins, both hotel and IHG customer service were of zero help. Dangerous hotel and no effort from IHG to improve it.
Pool closed early, hours were wrong on the website. Had an eight year old in tears at the pool door who had her hopes up of swimming, we would have stayed somewhere else if we knew, won’t be back……………
