Extremely understaffed, So much so that the ELDERLY man who I saw had to come out of retirement to work there. Did half the appointment while on his lunch break. My pee cup sat next to his lunchbox...

The place is grossly understaffed and over worked (some there were on 16 hour days between Everett and their other facilities.) There is a language barrier exacerbated by most employees wearing masks.

Some lack of compassion and listening. Good medical care. Psychiatrists and psychologists seeing patients frequently if not daily.
