Over the years this pub/restaurant has improved and is now one of the places To eat in Barnes. The food was good albeit I was disappointed that they had sold out of the chicken and leek pie.

My wife and myself - together with my brother - had lunch earlier today at the Red Lion in Barnes. It had been a while since our last visit but - as the main part of this popular property can fill up.

Went today with friends, a table for five, everyone enjoyed the food. The service was great, very informative and friendly, without being over the the top. Well done Claire and Angus, thank you .
