Not to sure why the rating is so low. I have no problems, customer service is very good. 5 stars for me

Self serve print machine has been out of service for months; other machine doesn't work, pre-authorized card twice only for machine to be broken; manager on call was extremely rude

I was hesitant to use this location after reading reviews online but I found true, helpful customer service with Demi and quick help in printing out my 20 booklets that needed to be bound and trimmed.
