Today I visited this store with my three children to purchase a few items and when I reached the front, I politely asked if someone could assist me at the register. I was directed to the self-checkout

There was an extremely rude OLD lady working here with long hair and glasses, she told me I was lying about the fact that this store used to have two different entrances for the regular checkout line
