They need to improve on letting customers know they will be with them in a moment. Numerous times I'll be in the drive thru and waiting and no one says just a minute. Then they take someone else order

Ordered two coffees from my mobile app and the drivers attendant told me that I needed to go in to get my drinks because I selected that on the app. They did end up giving them to us through the drive
