Picacho Hills is an planned community and census-designated place in Doña Ana County, New Mexico, United States. It was first listed as a CDP prior to the 2020 census. The community is in central Doña Ana County, 6 miles west of the center of Las Cruces and on the west side of the Rio Grande valley, on a hillside rising above the older community of Picacho. The CDP takes its name from Picacho Hills Country Club, around which the residential areas of the community have been built.
