Grateful for a PetSmart nearby but the service is always a hit or miss. I would give it two stars but there are some workers that genuinely do a great job. The rest look a bit miserable to be there. H

This is the second time they messed up on my grooming service. I booked with Grace, and this do not look like their work. Looks like a kindergarten grooves him loose hair, uneven shave, etc. Do not ta
