I pulled up during the 12 o'clock lunch hour and both employees were outside the front door smoking cigarettes. I went elsewhere.

Literally such a bad experience. I LOVE subway - but I won't be going back. I walked in and there are 2 employees working but neither of them greet me - the one up front says "he'll be right it you."
