I have had significant issues and have had little to no communication for weeks from the owners. There have been many problems identified upon shipment and install and have gone unresolved for weeks.

So far this has been a frustrating experience to say the least. Seven weeks after my payment being cashed I still have no blinds. While I understand that no one has control over the manufacturer, the
