A lot of workers around the store, yet no one is working the register. There's a long line and yet no one has come to check anyone out for the past 10 minutes. Very displeased.

Staff is RUDE and all is unorganized. I would go to different Windsor. Understaffed. The wait for the dressing room line is over an hour.
